Lobster Loft in Sea Isle City

Great entertainment, and great food!

Waited two hours for salads. Appetizers didn't all make it to the table. Staff was overwhelmed and not supported by leadership. Main course didn't have all items as advertised. Could have been a great night the atmosphere was nice.

I have never had a more horrible meal from drinks to main course. The crab cake app was loaded will filler and had zero taste. The shrimp and thick noodle dish was inedible, no flavor what so ever the juice that was water based sucked up by gigantic noodles. They need to start over or close down please do not waste your time. Our waitress however was very sweet. They deducted our meals from the bill.

These guys have some work to do. Food was cold but staff was very pleasant. Hopefully, they will get up to speed on the food as the place has great potential especially the view from the bar!

we went there on 8/12/19. the quality of the food didn't meet our expectations at all. The service was just ok. For the same price, i suggest you go to Mike's sea food which is just next door. You won;t be disappointed.

Decadent crab cakes with a side red press and broccoli with carrot. I've tried everywhere in Sea Isle, and it's unbelievable delicious. Air Conditioned which is rare and reasonable priced.

Went with a couple friends for 4th of July weekend. Extremely disappointed with the food, which DO NOT match your overpriced selections. If you're going to have an expensive "pub", then put some WORK in it! This place could qualify for Kitchen Nightmares, that is how bad the food is made here. LOW quality ingredients for a LOW quality place!

My first time back this season was very enjoyable. We sat at the middle bar looking out over the bay. The place was pretty busy for a week day evening. I had a French onion soup and a burger that was delicious. I know where I'll be hanging out this summer.

Full service restaurant. We got the snow crabs. They were the best we've ever had. Got a lot of clusters for a very reasonable price.

Prime Rib sandwich VERY disappointing, the manager made it worse. She was very condescending. We will NOT go back.

Went 2 times last week and all the food (apps and dinners) were excellent! Recieved great service from our waitress Dez!

Disappointed. Ordinary food, overpriced, poor service, and a loud and lousy singing guitar player. Crock of watery Manhattan clam chowder was served in a cup (a rip off), fish tacos were fair, and bread we requested was served after we finished our meals. Noise level required loud conversation. A poor excuse for a restaurant.

Great place. really big. lots of entertainment. Really good cheese fries.

Great place to watch a game and grab a few beers. Fantastic appetizers at the bar. Nice staff and decent clientele. Ignore the haters. I have been coming here for years.

Great food with great service really like this place

A bit expensive drinks for not that nice of a place. The drinks were nothing exciting. Wont be back.

This place is so good! 100% recommend it. They have really good food and the food also comes in big portions so don't order too much because you will get full very fast.

Took a ride to Sea Isle on this beautiful Friday evening with the love of my life. We had a wonderful date night as the menu was fun to choose from. Amy did a superb job waiting on us and Matt the bar tender took great care of us. A five star date night to end a rough work week..!

Went there for dinner food was excellent we actually went just to see the band Big Bleu Band which was fantastic

service was horrible. tell me why it took AN HOUR to get a a table of 6 food ready. and it was hardly busy. i was hungry.

Quiet off season stop. We were treated with surf and turf done as we requested, shrimp, and other wonderful meals. Glad to visit and reminisce

This place is NOT the Lobster Loft we loved for past 15 years. We went there tonight for first time since renovations and we will NEVER eat here again. Menu is absolutely horrible and food is even worse. Sorry to see a once great place change so bad.

Great variety of food... Seafood, burgers, pizza. Appetizers were outstanding...

Great atmosphere, super food

Went on Thursday night at 6:30 and were seated immediately without a reservation. After ordering, salads came out quickly, but our order took 35 minutes from time of ordering. I had sesame crusted tuna steak which was a nice meal and I recommend that. We also had blackened salmon which was crusted but not well seasoned. It was also half the size of the broiled salmon. Vodka sauce on pasta was watery. Two for $33 mid week special was good price. Broiled salmon was not seasoned - just put under the broiler and served. Green beans veggie was so-so. Nice ambience and views. Waitress was polite but promised food out "soon" at 20 minutes in but then disappeared until food served at 35 mins. Saw some very large groups which may have affected service.

Had an amazing time and meal this evening. We went with another family and there was something on the menu for everyone. Food and service was wonderful! Our server Amy was exceptional and didn't rush us a bit. Will definitely be returning to the Oar!!!

Early bird special had some discrepancies. Dessert brought out didn't come with it (rice pudding and apple crisp were the only early bird options), and waitress didn't mention it until she had brought a tray of other desserts out. I had the Lobster Mac and Cheese for the Early Bird, and there was two pieces of lobster the size of my thumbnail with bland macaroni. Apple crisp dessert was cold and half frozen. Wouldn't come back for the amount charged. I have had worse food, but no food that costs this much should be so poor.

Average food, much better when it was the Lobster Loft, and the place smelled very strong of bleach...not good!

We should have listened to the bad reviews. Crab cakes were the worst we ever had. Food was not hot. All of the food was below mediocre. Waitress was nice but did not do a great job. Save your money and go somewhere else. We will never go back there.

Food took a very long time to arrive. We were starting to wonder where it was when waitress came over and said it would be a minute. About 15 more minutes went by. We had to ask why it took 40 minutes or more to get entrees. She said they had two crab specials and the kitchen prepared the wrong specials. Would of been helpful to let us know that instead of leaving us alone. Wife said her crab legs were good. Next night her crab legs at Carmen's were much better. My fried flounder was pretty good. Nice crunch on breading. Loaf of bread was very nice. Good crust and the sesame seeds added nice flavor.

Very nice atmosphere and the food was excellent! I got the special Chilean Sea Bass. It was so fresh and tasty. Also service was excellent. Our waitress was very nice!
